Carmelized Chicken



Makes 7 servings


Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs chicken legs
1 2/3 tablespoons olive oil (to help it stop sticking to the pan)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 2/3 tablespoons ketchup
3/4 cup honey
2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper 

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees Celsius).

2.  Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper and pour over the chicken.

3.  Bake in preheated oven 45 min, basting the chicken every 15 minutes.

4.  Cook at 375 degrees for the last 15 minutes to help sauce caramelize.
