Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
2 large bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces and frozen
1 cup loosely packed spinach
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your preference)
Directions:
1. Place blueberries and oats at the bottom of the blender and pulse a few times. Add banana, spinach, Greek yogurt, honey, flaxseed, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
