Smothered Pork Chops



Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:
6 pork chops
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup fresh sliced or canned mushrooms 
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.  Season the pork chops and brown in a TBSP of butter, 1/4 cup of onions and 1 tbsp of garlic.

3.  Put the browned chops in baking pan.  Mix 2 cans of condensed golden mushroom soup with mushrooms, pour over the chops, cover and bake for 45 minutes.  Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.
